Change address confirmation e-mail

I've been trying to change my E-mail address on my account since I've not had the one showing for a few years now, and I'm not getting the conformation e-mail....

When I purchased some of the last few software from you my receipts show they came to my new address but they are stuck on the old address in the account and i need to change the bloody thing.....

what the hell am I supposed to do here?
