Activated Fences ask for Activation and then error -205

Hello,

I've purchased Fences and received and put my key, in may 2020.
(in fact Object Desktop)
And today (July 2020) it ask me to register.
I pout my key again, and it fails "error -205".
It ask contact support, whan I do it, it sends me to US site where I can't connect my account...

Help ???

Hello.

Much thanks for help.
You're right, I'm in the case of "Error activating the product: cannot read SID / Error code 205".
But my PC name have not changed, "FRA-PC-42635", and is not changeable, this is my "From work" PC.
I've tried reload/install Fences through my Object Desktop tool => Product key is no longer valid....
I bought the 53,33€ package 'Object Desktop" few months ago...
At this price I should not have this kind of problems no ?

Hello,

Sorry, but I've only one PC and installed the tool only on this one PC aroubd may 2020 with no issues, and PC name aven't changed.
And this PC is my work PC, so it's bame can't be changed.
And I don't know why, but since 2 days I've the problem.
I can't use my desktop anymore right now... Fences is locked and lock it. (must go through explorer to find my folders and files).

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It is failing because you had order STARDOCK200517-6329-83397 (Object Desktop) refunded on:  7/21/2020 2:39:49 PM

If you wanted Fences still, you would need to purchase it and use the new key provided.

Ok, it is working with new dedicated Fences key.
Could you provide me a last help please, I did not saw for how long tis Fences key will work, it is not clear ?

Hello,

There is no time limit if you bought Fences today, your key should be able to activate all Fences v3.0.9.11 and it future updates. But if Fences have a new upgrade,for example v4.x in the future. You will need to purchase a new license keys for it.
