i tried to purge and reinstall it did not help.

i am working on my company lap top.

still have the problem i can send you the zip of the logs i have created using you app.

again it is a company lap top i will not be able to do all steps.

Being a work computer you may have to check with your iT dept.

Might be a security block in place . Check with them ..

everyting worked correctly it started today i have also gropy and it worked fines.

i have send logs to basj i hope he will find something.

Hello,

I have forward your log file to our CM support Team. Need to wait for someone who can help you on that.

BTW, For your info. I have noticed that there are few cases we found out that, since you are on your company laptop. The best solution is from your company security setting which needed to be adjust/set to let fences to work properly. This can only be done on your side with some help from your IT department.

Please note that Groupy and Fences have totally different function.

As Azdude mentioned maybe it is something to do with your company security setting. Some company have some specialize security setting. We can't tell you which one. You need to talk to your IT people.

but again everything worked for days.

so i don't think this is the problem.

i think it is started after my pc got forced restart.

 

please update me with news after the debug info is analysed.

Hello,

I have browse through your CBS.log. From what I can see. Your Windows system have some problem. I'm assuming you did the sfc/scannow on an elevated command prompt.

I would advice you to get some technical people near you for help. Tell and show them the CBS.log file. They should know what to do. This has nothing to do with Fences.

Note : You can try these steps if you wish. But I still recommend to let someone from IT to have a look at it.

i hope my IT will not go to the quick fix the reinstall the windows.

Hi

 

my IT was not able to fix the problem, they waste a lot of time on it.

they say the only thing i can do is to install windows from scratch.

i will be glad if you can try again to understand if you can fix/WA this issue from me.

i love the fences i paid for it.

i started to use TAGO-Fences and it working for me.

again all other startdock products work for me deskScapes, groupy. 

so again if you can try to do some fix/WA i will be glad.

because fences did work on my laptop, after some days it stopped worked
