Help with Incorrect DLL Revision

I hope someone can help me with this.Every so many days when I start ny computer and starts to load, a message opens and says:
"Incorrect DLL Revision"

"The version of wblind.dll is not compatible with this loader. If you have installed a patch then ensure you have updated all the files"

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Your is the American version of the spelling
Mine is the Canadian spelling

Manual Conversion:
To convert from Centimeters to Inches, simply multiply the centimeters by 0.39
To convert from Inches to Centimeter, simply multiply the inches by 2.54
