Help with Incorrect DLL Revision

I hope someone can help me with this.Every so many days when I start ny computer and starts to load, a message opens and says:
"Incorrect DLL Revision"

"The version of wblind.dll is not compatible with this loader. If you have installed a patch then ensure you have updated all the files"

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using an alpha or beta version of WB4?

If you are, uninstall it and restore and install Windowblinds version 3.50a

Personally, I will not use anything but released versions. No alphas, no betas, just released versions, period.

I don't know of any patch...ummmm...sounds like a cross file mismatch between versions...Jam probably is right. Uninstall and reload using CM since the mix up probably as to do with the SDC file.

If I understand you right, I should download WB again through SDC?
Please don't tell me that I have to go back to CM.

GG- I would try that first...the goal is to get all the files from the same verison loaded, so going thru SDC has as much chance as anything. Reinstalling CM I think will give you more headaches.

When I first switched from CM to SDC, I un-installed WBlinds and Objectbar.
I reinstalled them again through SDC.

GG, I haven't even tried SDC so I can't advise you on that.
All I can say is that I will not use alpha or beta versions of anything, period.
I have the patience to wait until the released versions come out.
My computer does not have 'Guinea Pig' stamped across the front of it.

that stands for Release 'Candidate' 6, it is not a 'released' version. It is simply a candidate for the final release.
