Princess, did you fill out all the information under the "User Information" tab? Including (very important) the serial number that you received by email?

hi Paxx, I just downloaded Stardock Central, it seems (so far) to be easier to use. Yes, to answer your question, I did fill out all the user info including the serial number. It's just weird, then I got a message saying my Wincustomize had expired...I just got it recently..???

The site still sees you as user level 2. You said you were level 4 before? You bough a Wincustomize 2 years subcription? If it's the case, there is really something wrong. Try contacting T-Man or Karmagirl (see "About" link on the left for their email). I think they are the best persons to talk to concerning this weird issue.

trie logging off, the little red thing by where it says hello your name at the top of the page site and log back in as princesshimer or how ever you spell that I guess tha should be your original email address and pass word you got the accout with as princess

For the desktop,(1)press print screen,(2)open a paint program you,(3)then control V,(4)save as *jpg*,(5)upload in edit your account.
You will see edit you profile.I hope this helps!
