Here is my new tax plan.

You get down on the floor and do 50 push ups.

If you can do them without stopping to rest,

You pay no tax of any kind.

But, if you can't do them with out stopping to rest,

You pay 100% of your income in taxes,

and starve.

This tax plan is fine with me,

But a certain Mr. Bill Handel might not like this plan.

Not sure if it has been said before, but the one quote I'm beginning to live by lately, and am coming across a lot (mostly by lack, or absence) is "Say what you mean and mean what you say."

That is, let your words speak about and of who you really are through your actions, and that your actions uphold the words you speak.

I guess it can be summed up in the word

INTEGRITY.
