Never yet found an app with it's own resources. When I do, I may install Wife 1.0 - providing it comes with a good uninstaller for when it starts to crash

avoid fanatically all apps which want to redirect system resources and monkey with the OS kernel "to improve it", live long, and prosper.

/me agrees with Jafo.
Wife 1.0 works quite well. Been running it for almost 10 years. Have only had the occasional clash with Paranoia 0.5 because I travel a lot, but that is easily solved with Florist 12.0

I have sufficent resources... my system is unix based so I have enough resources for wife 1.00 and 2.0 at the same time and they love the size of my VPN... he he he (im not really married; actually working on girlfriend 3.5) too bad I don't have more Cache that's what wife 1.0 really wants

We use a program called Spouse 1.0. All the resources are pooled for the one program (including the RAM). And therein lies the secret. Been married for 37 years. Blue Screens occasionally, but easily fixed.

Seems my installation of Wife 1.0 is constantly throwing GPF's up on the screen.

They did ask if I had happened to get the Blue Screen of Death at all. Which I haven't and am safe in knowing I will not, seems you have to have any verison of Wife installed while also having Girlfriend fully installed or any residual snippets of GF on the HD...

Called tech support, they claim as with more of the install base of Wife 1.0 everything revolves around User error !
