Are you a George Clooney fan or a fan of the late and great Rosemary Clooney??

that's cool... I think im gonna go and buy paint shop pro just wait and see my skins and it's cool, zero cool you may want to check out the faq, people around here take this site real seriously... and there are you have abide by in the discussions... besides i'd rather spend money, and know that it's something I bought and paid for, you can't always get a free ride if you know what I mean...

Clooneyslave...please don't bother waiting for a bunch of celebrities to come and tell you they don't like the redistribution of their images/etc., just be aware that there is nothing wrong or illegal with the personal downloading of any image [unless it's child-porn, etc], what IS NOT legal is the subsequent redistribution of it [unless expressly stated otherwise].

Simple as that...

I bet if you take the time to read the TOS, MOD or whatever passes for legalieze (spelling?) on any Graphics site you will find that there will be at least one clause if not more that explain every graphic on the site is the property and copy is held by the creatot. Making use of it requires you to contact the author and gain their permission.

I was a subscribing member of ArtToday.com along with 8 other sites and each of them with 100's of 1000's of graphics and fonts had such rules.

You might want to do a search and read up on TM, (c) and branding before making use of others work.

Then again there are also CD sets and even some websites where your membership covers the cost of gaining the right to make use of the graphics on them either for or not for commercial use.

anyway...
