Matter of facts...

I don't belong here, I realize that now after interacting with more folks who HAVE and WILL belong here long after moi. There are plenty of good folks here (don't get me wrong) but it seems the meek get trampled easily by the strong.

No biggy. I tried to feel at home here but the cold shoulders seem to be the most resident aspect that makes me feel unwelcome...Like I'm trying to fit into an "old boys" club and "Lady, you ain't welcome" but we'll "tolerate" your presence if we must. I don't regret spending the 70 bucks because I'm not one to bitch and moan over small change. I never sought affirmation any more than would seek derision but after all this time, just makes me a wee bit sad that I feel as if I'm one of the "un-embraced" (not an actual word btw).

I suppose the kind Leo Bakerstreet (Auggie) himself would call this "drama" but I never took an acting class and drama is not on my mind.

I just hope, that my bucks went to somebody who damned well deserved it.

Nobody is against the wallpaper section.
I was just SUGGESTED that since the wallpaper section cost probably a couple grants in bandwidth per month just by itself, and that it really doesn't bring in any direct sales to anybody, that maybe we could consider limiting its access.
It was all only discussions, Dark_S, not a Punic War.
Also, as a moderator, I am getting sick of the cry babies complaining about moderation.
But that's just me, I'm like that. When my kids whine that their ice cream serving is too small, I take the ice cream away altogether. Next time just appreciate what you have.
But again, that's just me. I'm whiner intolerant, what can I say.

I'm pissed off. One of my favorite people in the world has been chased out of here because her sensitive nature couldn't deal with certain idiots who constantly spout the same, lame flatulence. How hard would it be for people here to be a little friendlier to each other? Shame on all of you, you know who you are!

I'm speaking very generally about all the bickering that has been going on lately between wall paper artists and skinners. I don't have any specific remarks to point you to, I'm only commenting about the egotistical remarks that have been flying back and forth lately and upsetting more than one person, myself included. However, I have gotten over it and refuse to be drawn into pointless arguments on the relative worth of wallpapers, skins and whatever else certain nimrods insist on arguing about.

I guess I understand. Nothing was directed to Dark_Seraphim, everything was just generalizing about the wallpaper section and as a paper hanger she got upset and you got upset because she got upset. So if LadyWolf would have gotten mad you would have came to her rescue? Am I reading you correctly? I really don't see why everyone is getting upset.

D_S, I have friends that do walls and they do excelent walls. Bakerstreet is a little different. You have to overlook some of the things he says. He makes a lot of good points in a lot of areas and some not so good points in some. Just like Jam does. Probably just like I do. Just grow a think layer of skin and you will be all right. We all have to. Jam, I pity LadyWolf.
