hey in objectdock, it is cool when u minimize a window, it takes a screenshot of it!

but
-the screenshot doesnt refresh when the window actually changes

also. i would like to suggest:
icons can be added on the basis of window 'class' and 'exe name'
how about adding icons on the basis of caption? like :My computer...Control Pannel.

-the control panel, search, help shortcuts dont work!

Please change Internet shortcuts to open a new ie-window and not to use the active one. I always find that disturbing in Desktop X,too.

I used Objectbar with the WB skin matching feature and removed the taskbar from it, and expanded the systray to show all icons.
It works, it's cool, I love it.
