R2 Studios have Released an Update for the Xion player. 
Skins Created on this latest version might not work on the old one.
-Older skins work on the New however.

Thank you Andy for the email. I am playing the skin in question now " X--ion" , and it works *Perfectly* !!! I tested everything on it, and it is perfect! 
I hope the moderators see this and approve it now. -DOUBLE tested.
One 'possible' idea would be to approve this specific 'old' skin...and see if people out there can install it as expected...and post comments as to success on the skin.
I'm reluctant to do that though as it's not mine [there'd be no issue with something of mine being used/abused as a guinea pig].
Some people might just get all 'negative' about the process and take it out on the skinner...;)
-BUT just in case I will upload a NEW one, with a NEW name.
Delete the old one and I´ll upload
