Need a couple volunteers

I'm looking for a couple volunteers to help me test some of the new acess levels.

I need a few people who use different accounts to purchase software from stardock as they do to logon to Wincustomize. With those accounts I would like some people who have purchased anything from Stardock and some who have purchased the Skin Browser. And last criteria, I would prefer citizens and apprentices.

T-Man, yep sure did, followed the directions that you outlined. Want me to try it again? Everything that I have with Stardock and Wincustomize has used the same E-Mail since Wincusto went on line.

Hi T-Man.

I tried it again. For a while I kept getting the old "The Page Can Not Be Displayed" page. Finally I got the WinCustomize page but once again it said that I was Level 2.

Don't know what to try next.

T-Man,
Just got home and gave it another shot, and it still is comming up level 3. The Upgrade/Serial number script on the Stardock site returns the expected message with all the Stardock products that I have, and the Wincusto Subscription for Skin Browser. So I have no Idea where the glitch is.

Hey Fuzzy,

I just looked at your account and with the email address you have given there is no Skin Browser tied to that account. Are you sure you used the correct email?

i done it and it put me to level 2, that is where i should be, so nothing wrong as far as i can see or tell.

T-Man,

I'm using the correct e-mail, but, I did change nick a while ago = new account. Maybe that's where it's going wrong. My original account now has a different e-mail address - any way round that?
