you guys are so funny, I sure miss all this. Hope you don't mind a bit of personal news, if you do, just skip on along

My company is moving from an old beat up warehouse to another brand new modern building. To prepare for this a lot of serious, extremely physically demanding work is being done. I have been working 9-10 hours every day for 2 weeks and coming home completely physically exhausted. I haven't even been going to taekwondo . I can't even move a muscle. This month is going to be horrible. Starting 9/13 (yes, a Saturday), we will be working 7 days for at least 12 hours every day, including Sunday. This is the move-in week. They are then expecting us to come in the next Monday, which will mean that we are working 12 days straight and we will probably have to work that following Saturday as well. This is just so bad for my old bod. I can't see an end in sight and I am just a wreck.

This is all the main reason I haven't been around much. Just too tired at the end of the day
If you guys hit me with a pillow, I would just fall down dead

/me saw GM's thread about moderation on walls

after much consideration i have decided we need a new message board filter mode, "only show happy threads" !

perhaps it is just me, but over the last few months most of the fun of reading and taking part in this message board seems to have gone away.

there seems to be so many short tempers, so much unpleasentness, so little tollerance in just so many threads.

i am currently experimenting with a filter that basically says never open any thread with less than 9,000 posts. there are the occasional exceptions, but they are few and far between.

/me often wonders what happened to the fun and happy place this board seemed to be

is it just me feeling sensitive and depressed of late, or has it really changed this much???
