Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Um, just had a look. I started on page 36. Didn't take much part in those days. On a 56k the thread took hours to load

Got a bit better around the 1000 mark.

/me suggested a bar of chocolate should be offered as a prize for the 1000th post - never got the prize. I notice the numbers have changed so KG now has the 1000th.

/me is very suspicious of this and insists on searching KG for evidence of complicity (or chocolate)...

Hi Styl. No, the board has become less friendly the last few months. Better to stay in here where the bad guys daren't go

Last night's 'adventure' with Tech Cat was just another in a long line of unfortunate incidents. As I said in the Napster thread, I just wish these people would go away and leave the messageboard in peace.

Anyway, on to more important matters - have you brought any chocolate?

it looks like the hard disk on my home machine has just died. this is posted via the backup machine, but i wont be using that much, since most of the programs i want arent installed on it. it is someone elses machine anyway.

so, anyone trying to find me at home to collect your spankings, or to try and find my chocolate stash, will have to wait until the computer is better again. several days by the looks of it

yes, dont bother looking innocent, i know who the people are who try to find my secret chocolate stash!!! you can expect to be spanked for this once my computer is better again!

....you guys might help. For the next few weeks I need a news connection through my computer that is hopefully a little more reliable, unbiased, and fast than MSNBC. It seems I will be stuck here with sis (who gets more bizarre without her TV) and unable to get away much since it looks like I will be getting surgery soon. If I can just get an accurate connection to the news through my computer, I can make do with the other stuff.

Most of you know the story.
