can an admin help me out here

I bought an object desktop subscription in sept and i want to know why im not at user level 3. Cause now it wont let me download anything. If you want to see the email that stardock set me with my subscription info in it give me an email at [email protected] or on aim at crzyvoodooguy. Thanks in advance.

If you subscribed with a different e-mail address to which you purchased OD, you will need to cross reference you account. If this is not the problem, you will need to contact [email protected]

*Un-install all your Stardock apps...if you had/have any Stardock shareware installed thay must go. Reboot
*Download and install Stardock Central using the link in the e-mail
*Open SDC and register your ODNT serial # Stardock e-mailed you. (lower right corner)
* Install whatever you want in Object Desktop Apps

...you're now a level 3.
