Tweety Bootskin

Good Morning/Afternoon All:
I seem to be having a bit of a problem trying to install "Tweety" bootskin. It states its installed but does not show up on the "Bootskin" list. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When you download something from this site that is not working, the first place to look for an answer is in the comments to the skin. This time it's right at the top:

"its because the file attribs. are 640x479. Use a image program to resize the bitmap to 640x480 and it will work."
