remove blue color on All Programs button?

I can't figure out how to remove the blue box on the All prpgrams button witch shows on mouse over. Anyone hwo knows how to do this?

Take a look at existing skins that does it, like DogmaX, Venus, Vector, Ascension. The trick is to adjust the background arrow image and set the content margins correct.

Thx for the tip!
Now I have created a AllProgramsArrow hwo should cover the blue thing but when I test the skin it is totaly missplaced (to far to the right). So my next question is how do I move thing arround?

By adjusting the left content margin for the arrow bg image. Set it to approx. -73 to -80, test it and see which number works.

set it to negative half whatever the arrow image is and they will line up perfectly(left content margin of the more programs graphic)check out subZero or Rogue Proton green to see what I mean

Also make sure you set a font for this section. Otherwise your button will shift a little to the left or right on a few people's system. Arial 14 is pretty standard.

how does font size affect the alignment?Is it best to go small (would that help with the differences in some peoples systems?)or just go for a middle ground?I've started using this trick on all my skins and of course it works perfect here,but I hate to think it looked terrible on other peoples pc.
