WindowBlinds doesn''t skin the Start button & taskbar...

... is this because I'm running W2K? For some reason when I install WB via Stardock Central the version installed is 4.3 yet the version number in Stardock Central says 4.4. What's going on? Please help?!?!?

WindowBlinds can only skin the taskbar and start menu on XP.

You need Object Bar in this case, like Win98.
