I've been a subscriber for AGES, bought many versions of Object Desktop AND Windowblinds over the years... just bought the new Object Desktop Suite a month or so ago, and have gone thru your cross reference process. But, now I am out in the cold. I sign in but can't download a dang thing, it sez I am a level one user. I keep doing the email thing and I am getting no where, SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS?

Hiya olivette,

You'll want to email T-Man mailto:[email protected] he handles all the wacky site stuff that creeps up once in a while with a site this large. You'll most likely not see a response from him until Monday, this being the weekend. Also, during this time he is ironing out the quirks in WC2K5...the new site format WC is moving to.

Component manager is the old version of stardock central. I havent heard it callled component manager in awhile. You are using the newer stardock central right? Just to be sure.

Ooops blanked on the product....NightTrain is right, Component Manager is no longer used, if you just bought Object Dock Network Edition (ODNT) a month or so ago, it should include the newer Stardock Central (SDC). It sounds like you are trying to use one of your many previous versions of ODNT

Olivette,

Looking at your account you do not have any registrations listed for our products listed under your account.  Which makes sense because you are trying to cross reference.  But what doesn't make sense is that you are attempting to cross reference to the same account that does not have any product registrations.

You need to cross reference to a different account (email address) which has the proper registrations.  Now looking in our system I do see another account which could be you but without getting specific information from you I can not be certain.  This account using Wyoming University account.  If this is you, you should try cross referencing to that account.
