Screenshot duplicate

Could someone tell me why some of my screenshots have suddenly been replaced with other screenshots with different name in their stead? If you look at all my shots, there are about 6 that have been replaced with duplicates of other shots.

Khan, Melancholy, santas elf, cyrix abducted alien, staxx and desired, have all been replaced with other shots of a different name.

You/ve given them the same name as other shots. Your naming scheme appears to be t1, t2, t3... etc. Try to give each a unique name then one won't overwrite another.

I had to replace my harddrive and when I did, I started to name my shots all over again. That must be it. Thank you.
