DX 2.2 and saving

This will probably bite me in the butt, but here goes...

I recently upgraded to DX v2.2 and now when I work on my theme (an LCARS theme) none of the changes I make will save to the theme file. If I restart DX it's as if nothing had been changed.

So if you kind people can offer any help it would be much appreciated, and thank you in advance (tyia).

Thats strange... First try checking for updates on sdcentral.... In the meantime, just hit save theme every time you do somthing important

That's the problem...I have updated to the latest version and when I close DX or restart it all changes are lost

I'm hoping that I won't have to go back to an earlier version. If I can't find help here then I'll give the forums on stardock a try. Don't know what else to do...

as I said earlier, save the theme.... I personally think the auto save feature isn't necessary. Just save the themes for now and then e-mail support and tell them that it isnt automatically saving your changes

Use the Save theme AS choice. This will save the theme for you to reload later if you have loaded a different theme since.
Do that, unload DX, then delete the contents of your "username" theme folder. Start DX and load your theme. You may have something funky going on in your current theme folder.

My problem is that DX 2.2 keeps crashing when I try to save a theme. Can't use the Save As option either. Tried following the DesktopX Script Crash Bug fix suggestion, and that works long enough for me to get my theme setup. (Objects loaded & widgets configured.) Go to save, and it is crash city again.
