Windows Blind Downloading Help

Hello All,
I just tryed to download the Ferrari Windows Blind and after i was done downloading it say use a web service to complete download or something like that and then use a program. So then i picked a program which was Notepad to test it out and now everytime i try downloading it brings me to notepad. Any help on what to do and download? Thanks if you want to speak to me personally my Aim S/N is DD Birel41r . Thanks once again!

At the top of each library, it will give you a link to the required program to run the skins. The windowblinds library will point you here. https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
The program needed is windowblinds. I believe there is a shareware version and a full version. You must purchase the full version in order to be able to download it.

And to remove the file association from notepad, go into any Folder Properties window and look under File Types. Or else, right click on a .wba file and hit Open With, then check the box that says "Always Use the program to open file" and select WindowBlinds instead of notepad.
