Coloring is off...

This only seems to happen with the "Stetz" theme...
I have used this theme for a while now, I do not remember having any problems before. Lately, the theme has just not been running correctly. Please help me if you can.

Those are buttons and tabs. It seems that any button or tab looks kind of like that.
