window moves around while maxamized when it should be locked

I downloaded and installed this skin (Grayce Plus) and I love the graphics on it. The only thing I need help with it the maxamize / restore button seems to be not working correctly. It does make the window bigger like it should except for a very small gap between the window and the taskbar at the bottom. Also you can drag the window around by grabbing the window header at the top (like a non-maxamized window) when it should be locked in place while maxamized. I was wonder if there was a way to fix this myself with skinstudio?

Actually..all the different versions I tried did it. Is there a setting I can change that would fix it? This is the only windowblind theme that does it that I have installed.

That is one skin I won't install. Is it in the WC library? Maybe you could check for errors in Skin Studio..

Yes it's in the WC library and it doesn't come up with any critical errors in SKS

I haven't seen a skin in the library that doesn't have at least 80 errors in it(except mine). It doesn't seem like a major "critical" type of error to me anyway. Maybe there are too many duplicate buttons doing different things.

I compared the restore button settings with another skin....identical settings don't think it's the buttons.

I'm not talking about the settings. I mean duplicate buttons with different settings. Notice, the close button is duplicated itself in many skins.
