Toolbar windows not skinning!

I have tried everything and can not get the toolbar windows to skin
Does anyone have any ideas about this?
Here's some relevant system info:
Windows XP Service Pack 1 (I know toobar windows do not work with SP2)
Video card = ATI Rage Fury Pro (32MB)
WindowBlinds = 4.38b

When I first got the 4.3 WindowBlinds version, the toolbar windows used to skin fine.
After doing subsequent updates, I can not get that functionality back!
In the WindowBlinds configuration - My Toolbar, I can see the the toolbar icons for the defined themes. I have tried all three options (1. Always use the toolbar chosen 2. If a theme has toolbar defined use it... etc), but no matter which one I choose, the toolbar windows do not skin!

Does anyone have any ideas about this?
Is it video driver related? (I know my video card is a little older)
Is there some kind of registry setting that prevents this functionality?
Finally, is anyone else experiencing the same problems? (that does not have Win XP SP2 installed)

You're talking about toolbar icons. When exactly did they stop working? I'm running 4.30.026, and they're working fine with SP2. You may want to rollback to an earlier build. The one you're using (4.38b[a].002) is an alpha. (hopefully you've set SDC to archive applications before updating).

Thanks for your response Koasati,
Yes I am talking about the toolbar icons that should be applied on the IE and Windows Explorer toolbars.
I am not sure the version that they stopped working. Unfortunately, I have not been archiving the updates so I can't roll back (doh!)
I know that they did work at some point in the late 4.2 and early 4.3 versions of WindowBlinds.

You might try uninstalling, and setting SDC to show only released versions, so you can install a non-beta/alpha build. Then set SDC to archive your apps before updating. It's in Tools > Settings > General > Archiving.

Yeah, I have already done this - completely uninstalled and reinstalled - unfortunately the toolbar icons still don't work
