I Can't Download Stuff!

When I'm going to download a wallpaper or WMP skin, it won't let me and it says something like, as a member who has downloaded over 50MB, we'd like you to support wincustomize by purchasing a wincustomize or a stardock product. I can't download anything! (I've actually downloaded over 300MB of wallpapers)

If you've downloaded over 300MB of wallpapers, it's well past time that you started to help support the site. The bandwidth costs to keep this running are astronomical, and chipping in 20 bucks for 2 years of unlimited downloads is not much to ask.
