Icon packager where is the icon tab?

Hello to all

I am somewhat puzzled. I am using Icon Packager 2.5 and it is supposed to add an "Icon" tab to all of the windows menus (in item properties). I am not seeing it. I remember checking the box somewhere in the set-up to have that option. Also, the Tweak thingie does not have all the options described in the Help file that came with it. Am I missing something? Do I not have the right 2.5 version?

Any ideas? Thank you!

Are you using the Shareware version? I'm pretty sure that feature is disabled in the shareware version...

My boyfriend install it on my PC. He had to enter the registration number, so I don't think that this is a shareware version. I wonder if my installation did not go right and I have to reinstall it. I have the registration number written somewhere. Should I reinstall it? I don't want to lose the icon files that I have saved in "Icon Packager" sub-folders. What if the installation file itself was corrupt. Then I won gain anything by reinstalling. Argh. *Venting here...*

Go here https://www.stardock.com/support.asp and send Stardock the e-mail you registered under. They will send your serial # and download link. Move all your icon files and what not to a temp folder and then un-install IP. Then delete C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager folder (that may not be the path, but find that folder and delete it). Re-boot and then install the new download, serial # when it prompts you to and move your icon files in the temp folder back to IconPackager folder. If you still have problems after that then let us know....
