ok so i got really stuck
i dont understand what to put in what sections
name section: i spose this bit isn't important
host : im guessing that this is the pop3 host. I use blueyonder email so i think this should be pop3.blueyonder.co.uk
username : obvious
password : obvious
port: 110
where the hell do you put your actual email address. My email address is completely different from my username. so i'm just ocnufsed with the settings.
can anyone help. Probably best if it was someone who used blueyonder email accounts.

The server you entered is not a POP3 server, it is the webmail server for accessing your inbox with a webbrowser.
