Need help in search for a theme

Not sure if this is best place to post or not

First and foremost, I want to find out if this is best place to post for my topic or not.

I tried posting in the skinning part of the forum and both posts just got deleted.

I will give details about my search once I get some info on where to post this topic.

If here is fine, then I'll let'er rip  :CONGRAT: 

I know this site would be the place to post, so I'm ready for any pro to tell me what they kno.
