A Skinning Contest and Two Community Projects

Too bad nothing ever happens around here!

Just in case the members of the community have been wondering about what just goes on around here, I thought I might mention a few things that are happening and getting ready to happen.

Two community skinning projects are now in motion. I'm not sure that it was even given any thought that they started about the same time, but then it is for the community, right.

It would appear that it's going to be the Zubaz's ban of merry skinners putting their skills and talents up against Jafo's serious minded skinners who are looking to put together a HUGE Theme. (I wonder if some skinners are working on both projects? Hmmm, that could get interesting.) :SURPRISED:

I'm not sure that they have all the skinning help they need so if you have a mind to, go to the posts and volunteer your talents. :HOT: 

Now if that wasn't enough activity to keep you busy, the 3rd WinCustomize Community Skinning Contest gets under way on Feb 15th. This little contest was put together by BX with some help of some sponsors (see, even if you can't skin one lick you can still sponsor stuff around here).

Now while all of this is going on skinners are downloading new skins daily to the Gallery Libraries. Just pretty darn amazing if you ask me. :CONGRAT: 

Does it stop there, no. The Stardock folks keep coming out with their updates and bug fixes. Oh, did I mention Stardocks Design Team has managed to offer up some free WB's also. :HOT: 

Yeah it's too bad nothing ever happens around this community. Makes you wonder what everyone is doing with all that spare time on their hands.  :LOL:

Well I think most folks would be interested in reading and seeing how the two community skinning projects are coming along. Really, I do.  ;)

The community skinning contest is coming to an end or should I say it's deadline is approaching rather fast. So the communities collective attention is now available to be turned to the two community projects that are very quietly being worked on. :HOT: 

I wonder what the chances are of seeing some sneak previews? Oh, come on, please, just a little look see at where you folks are. ;)

Ya I got so much busy with the ip for the contest. No study, no basketball for some days and a very few hours of sleep. I really didnt got a chance to look for the b'day theme.
I am pleased that I took part in the contest. I wish to participate in more contests and more community projects just waiting for my summer vacations and I will be skinning all the day for two months. :)
