Saying See Ya Later...(as in I need a break)

For The Time Being...

Well...I'm sorry to report that last Wednesday morning I suffered a stroke while out working. As you can imagine this is having a dramatic effect on my everyday life at the moment, so my activity here at WinCustomize has been put somewhat on hold for the time being till I can get things sorted out. I just now returned home from the hospital, but I suspect I will be returning at some time since my whole left side is completely numb. So far all the tests that have been done have yielded no definite answers as to what happened or what to expect in the days to come. As it stands now I can get up and walk around for the most part...but like I said...my whole left side is completely numb...so I'm still not out of the woods.

And not having health care doesn't help. It's amazing living in a country with such advances in medicine and yet you have no idea if you will get the help you need unless you can afford it.

Anyway, for anyone interested I will report in as to my progress when I can.

Have a Great Day People!

A big thanks to everyone responding so far for all your kind words!

At the moment...my status is that my left side is still annoyingly numb...I have feeling there but my dexterity is a bit wonky. Its sort of like getting a shot of Novocaine and whacking your funny bone at the same time. Its an intense tingling and pressure. I'm going to "try" and go back to work tonight...which really means driving around for a few hours tossing newspapers out the window of my Van for $2000 a month...if it all works out tonight I should be ok.
