Question from a Newbie.... in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello Just started playing the game and I'm wondering if you build a Xinathium plant on one of your planets (which increases ships armour by 15%) does that only happen on ships made on that planet or on every planet that you would build a ship on...? Thanks for any help
