Hello

Just started playing the game and I'm wondering if you build a Xinathium plant on one of your planets (which increases ships armour by 15%) does that only happen on ships made on that planet or on every planet that you would build a ship on...?

Gives a bonus to all your ships, not just the ones created on that planet. It's a "trade good" so if an AI finishes it first you can also trade them for it.
