Hey, I hav a registered account with Wincustomize.com (since early this year), as i occasionally submit skins, and hav never had the word Citizen or anything else in front of my user name. This has not really troubled me in the past but recently i hav experienced restrictions on content download that has prevented me downloading any skins off the site for about a month now. Also with the new Wincustomize site i have noticed that my User Level

Uploads say: waiting for approval then never show up again (no recieved emails from wincustomize)) in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know if its my computer in some way not "seeing" or even uploading the file? Does wincustomize send an email if they don't accept ur wallpaper?
