Still can't download, looks like my profile has something to do with it (the error page url is "http://www2.wincustomize.com/showmsg.asp?cmd=MergeAccount&ReturnURL=", so I don't know..) is it a upload/download ratio maybe?

I had the same problem. You also have to delete the start menu references to the program.
