mmh why not... it's nothing with rights... it's only the thing that somebody copied your work and make the work to his/her work. k... there was no copyright, but when i have a submission on wincustomize.com my copyright is there... not on the pic but everybody knows that'S my pic and that's not the way that anybody submitts athe same pic and he get the same copyright to this/my pic!? kkk there's no way out

i can say... all of the walls are ripped only that one with the alien skull... but one of i saw on another skinside (skinz.org) "http://skinz.org/skin.phtml?skinid=2025". the author of the wallpaper was ripped too.
