Actually, I'm surprised that an organization like FEMA wouldn't have some people carrying signs and calling out what the line is for. That little bit of man-power would do a lot to reduce stress for the people who have lost everything. Thanks for the input. Really Anonymous, lots of interesting information. I agree with calling the management company. I should just get over the language barrier and call myself.
