The topic of manuals is actually one of my greater concerns regarding Elemental. In my opinion, documentation was really poorly handled in GalCiv2... there was no way to know what was up to date, with the manual saying one thing, the in-game tool tips saying another, and the wiki saying something else. I know how important it is to update the game, to fix elements that don't work, re-balance, etc., but I personally feel that it's just as important to make sure that the documenta

I have a GeForce4 MX440, and the 81.98 didn't work for me either. Parts of the ships models were missing. The beta drivers you mentioned work fine though (84.20).

So, here's the deal: I have an older PC, and I'm wondering if I can run GalCiv2 at all. I'm entirely willing to forego every available graphic option (including skipping the combat viewer) in the interest of playing the game.
