Yes. I have a page that has a red button that says "Download"; I click that and it takes me to another page where a little folder appears where it says "Click link to download" so I click the link. And that link takes me to the screenshot. An example of what I'm trying to download would be this .

Umm... I'm not as new, but I'm not very familiar with the site. I click the red button, and then it takes me to another page where it says "Click to download" and I see a little folder with the WB file name. I click that and it takes me to the screen shot, and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me? Thanks.
