TBH the problem was beginning to go away. It took about 3 weeks for me to catch an instance to show you! Nevertheless I did install v2 and it's been fine since so I have paid for the new version now. Thanks, Ken

Hi, When I click on the Windows Start button, the display of pinned icons is very slow to load. It starts blank, then loads a few then loads them all but, crucially, the "shadow" that shows that this is the app icon over which you are hovering, is even slower to load. Hovering back and forth across all the icons generally wakes it up but often I have to hit the Windows Start button again to unload the Start menu and begin again. Sometimes it gets so b
