Purchased ship item cooldown is "sticky" after exhausting it in Sins II Bug Reports Sins2 Forums

I purchased the Jiskun Expeditionary Forces minor faction ship item "Colony seed nanites" with influence. After I used it the second time (so, it was "exhausted" and removed from the ship), I bought it from the Jiksun Expeditionary Forces again and put it on the same ship.
