I'm so sick of this software in Accounts and Activation Help Stardock Forums

I have been trying for over an hour to activate my renewal for Stardock fences. I've used the most current product key and my current Email address that I use with Stardock. Each time I enter (copy and paste) my information and try to activate I get the error message "invalid activation key". I think it will be much easier to just delete the account and the software. It's too much trouble.
