im soory im still stuck i cant even open the file. this is what i did i went to the wincustomize libary and downloaded some skins then i just click on them and thats when i get the error

hi can any one tell me what to do with the bookskins ive downloaded cos i dont know how to get them to work. i click on them and i get this error There was an error inporting the skin file. possible causes are a corrupt skin file, or a read-only skin directory
