I need an OS X skin for Windows XP in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm making a system for my brother, and he's never had a windows machine. He's strictly a Mac guy. He still has his Mac, but there's a couple programs he needs to use that are only on Windows. In order to ease him into WinXP, I'd like to setup the look and feel of OS X if possible. Any suggestions? Erik
