BIG DUMB QUESTION !! in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

How do you create a star syatem, with planets(inhabitable pref.),me thinks that the death star decice is involved, as it wipes out the alien scum very efficently, so maybe it can make something else ?? Any help will gratefully recieved, as this will forward the KAAL(Kill All Aliens League), not that it makes you a bad person....

err, like you do yae make a star system, me thinks that the death star device is involved(as it says somewhere, that it requires a huge amount of stuff..), also the death star, is quite efective at getting the A.I. to surrender to you(just ask 4 all their star systems, and you`ll get them..), after all you have just wiped several billion aliens(scum) out(still don`t make u a bad person..). can anyone help in makeing a star system - simple words only please !
