But hey- hair grows (even after you're dead!) That's actually not true. The reason why it appears that hair grows is because the skin around the hair follicles shrinks and more of the root shows. I made the mistake once of letting a friend of mine cut my hair while we were all stoned. Nee

It's always nice to remember one's good memories about the people who affect our lives. -- B
I broke my wookie. Just a word of advice : Let the wookie win. -- B
I do wish the people around here would quit obsessing over one another. It's just bizarre. Black list the people who get on your nerves and move on. Jesus, someone sees the light. It's just like high school all over again. -- B
I hope for the best but plan for the worst. What's that make me? That makes you an I.T. guy applying the latest service pack. -- B
No, that's right, those two have already been hired by the Democrats and the Republicans to tamper with the electronic voting machines. My bad. The Alien vs. Predator poll is totally clean Hah! That's too funny. I was looking forward to AvP too (Yeah, the Predators will use the Aliens to wipe their c
double sided sticky tape. The foam kind. That's how a lot of them are attached. You can find it at any office supply store. -- B
I have learned that part of it is about the quality of the eyepieces. Orion Telescopes has a very nice selection to choose from. I highly recommend getting one of their 3-piece Plossl setups. I have a budget-line Tasco 90mm refraction scope. The eyepieces that come with it are in a word, shit. Upgrading to some quality eyepieces really helped make a significant difference. I was a
You know, believe it or not, there are peopel that aren't technically inclinded Oh baby, don't I know it. or know just enough to get into trouble. <
Thank God my wife isn't like you guys. She's pretty mellow before and during her period. -- B
Unfortunately, blacklisting only disallows the user from participating on your blog. What Zoomba is requesting is the availability of a list so that you can add a user/blog to it and never see their content (in Recent Articles, forums, comments etc.). This would be a good thing. If I had a dollar for every time I saw someone post five or six articles in a row of complete rubbish... -- B
then it should be stated as such fiction. Why? Are you one of those people that need a disclaimer or warning on everything? "Caution: Coffee may be hot!" Give me a break. I thought you were smarter than that. --B
BTW...the link where I got this info... spywareinfo.com You're welcome. -- B
Or you can do this... This will fix it: The obnoxious bug in XP that causes Explorer to read the entire contents of broken AVI files before allowing any access to them is caused by bad behavior of shmedia.dll. This problem manifests itself by causing Explorer to read the entire contents of an AVI file, regarless of its size or location any time the mouse pointer is hovered over it, or an attempt is made to access it in windo
so if someone was posting terrorist threats what would you think? Terrorist threats are hardly akin to writing fiction about a near-dying baby, or being an English aristocrat. <TD class="mb-Body-Quot
This is the Internet, you're making it out to be high school study hall with note passers and note interceptors, etc. If people are getting hurt about this, they're expending way too much energy into JU and should get a hobby I was wondering if someone else was going to come to the same conclusion. How well does the popup manager work? I use the Google toolbar, and the popup blocker gets about 95% of them. -- B
Hurricane Rupert and Hurricane Fuzzlebutt? Hmm... I have three kittles willingly (well, ok semi-willingly). Nicodemus is the crotchety old man and had to lay the smack-down on the younger two occasionally. Misty is the rough-love, in-your-face one. She just likes to tear around the house. Oh, and she likes to climb into this glass bowl we have. <BR
Paragraphs...must use...enter key. -- B
Sounds crass, but I could really care less. I have enough problems with my own life to really worry about someone else's lies that don't impact me directly. -- B
Yep. Just the same as a "Layer 8" error. Anyone who knows what the OSI Model for networking should know what that is. -- B
I walk around with a snow-shovel in hand, just in case the brown flag goes up. -- B
My favourite: "I love it when you bend over like that!" uhhh...nevermind. -- B
I generally follow the same pattern as you, and I try to at least read the majority of the articles. For the most part though, I'm not interested in people's daily journal stuff. I find it akin to watching a 'reality' show. The articles I tend to like, even if I don't comment on them, are the ones that are written off the cuff, and of no particular subject in mind. I read the political articles, but generally don't have the desire to get involved
Just do what me and the wife did. Elope and get married in Reno. We were *almost* going to do the drive-thru marriage. Almost. Summary of our wedding: 1.) Go to courthouse to get marriage licence. 2.) Go across the street to the "chapel" and get married. 3.) Get shitfaced and gamble for the rest of the weekend. -- B
