I managed to reproduce the bug in single player skirmish by slowly scrolling to the left using the right mouse button while holding a building. Must scroll exactly to the left and slow enough to cause some kind of timeout. This will get you replaced by an AI. Conceding after this will show the game the way the AI sees it (lower quality / lower framerate). From here you can not exit the game in the usual way but you can by pressing alt+F4. Me and my friends are experiencing issue #3 on every game we play. I hope they will fix this soon.
