Ok you have way too many answers here to look thru... but the truth of the matter is. Formating does not make recovery impossible nor does blowing your partitions. the only way to secure a hard drive is to fill it with garbage data. PGPwipe can fill your HD with garbage. It takes quite a long time to fill an HD... consider that it writes over it 3 times. after do so you can reformat to kill the garbage and your original data can not be retrieved... here is a http://w

with IE6 running on Win98 goto add/remove programs and select IE6 from the list. You will be prompted to Remove or Repair chose repair and reboot when told to do so. If this does not work I recommend you uninstall and do a full reinstall.

Installing WinXP over win98 will give you new icons... Seriously tho... Icon Packager works great for changing all icons in one svelt move https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ I like to use Winboost http://www.winboost.com when I am using 98 to change one icon at a time. I think Iconpackager is your best bet.

The previous tip was for all ver. of windows this one is XP Home and Pro. Open the Registry Editor Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\ControlPanel\Desktop. Double-click UserPreferencemask and change its value to 3E 00 00 00. Close the Registry Editor and restart Windows.

If the wallpaper image is not yours (you did not create it) then you can only upload it as a screen shot as long as you have covered up a good portion of the wall to prevent ppl from using the image. Although I am not 100% certain this will work with Windowblinds... To get around some issues with multiple logon profiles. Try installing the program in each profile but to a different directory.
