I wonder, will impulse stop my idiot System Mechanic program from telling me that my SDC is a trojan? lol..Every time I run the "repair spyware" scan in Iolo System Mechanic, it tells me that the Loader.exe to start my SDC is a spyware program and tries to delete it! And if I accidentally let it run automatically, then I end up having to reinstall my SDC!

I would kill for a decent tasting soft drink of any kind right now. I have migraines and the meds that the doctor put me on for it..by the name of Topomax (pardon my spelling)..makes any kind of carbonated drink taste absolutely disgusting. I've not had a soft drink that I could drink in about 5 years. And for someone who used to chug 2-3 of the liter drinks a day at work..I'm still having withdrawals.. <a href="https://www.wincustomize.com/resources.aspx?cmd=3" title="Posted via Wi

We used to use Norton for our security at the office and we use a custom designed database program in Microsoft Access. Our database started having serious crashing problems and we traced the problem down to an incompatibility with the Norton Anti-virus. At that time, we changed over to McAfee. After a couple of years, we started having problems with it causing our database to crash. (lol..our database was originally programmed in Access 2.0..that will give you an idea how long we've been usi

I use it and I love it! My boss got infected with a virus and I spent 4 hours trying everything I could do to get rid of it (work computer). Our previous tech support guy passed away a few months ago with a heart attack, so we had to find a new computer tech support guy. Boss had seen "Geek Squad" advertised on TV, so he suggested I try them when I was unsuccessful getting rid of the virus (and believe me, I'm tech savvy..and I had tried everything I could think of, from Spybot, to System Mech

I usually do most of my own stuff, but I had an IT guy that I went to when I couldn't fix it myself. He owned his own computer company and sold/built all of our computers at our office (I've been there for 15+ years) and we've been using him since before I started working there. Sadly, he passed away from a heart attack about 3 months ago and we've not found anyone to replace him. If it was something that the office manager or I couldn't handle (and she has a degree in computers ~ and I design

I'm definitely looking forward to this! I'm a very recent user to Skin Studio and I've never used the previous versions. I've played around a bit with it, but not had much luck. The instructions that came with it are not exactly "clear" (actually, to me, they are very murky..lol!! and considering that I do database programming in Microsoft Access, I figured I would be able to pick it up fairly quickly!) and I've not had much luck in creating any skins. I can't wait to see the next chappies!
